CLASSES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

CREATIVE DRAMA, IMPROVISATION AND PLAYMAKING FOR GRADES 2-5.
We will develop and use our imaginations, bodies and voices and work together to bring age-appropriate stories and themes to life through creative drama, theater games and improvisation. Each class includes a physical and vocal warmup and fosters creative self-expression, critical thinking skills and literacy. Those with and without prior theatrical experience are welcome.

PLAYMAKING FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL
Work collaboratively to devise an original short play through creative drama, theater games, improvisation and writing. This class fosters creative self-expression, critical thinking skills and literacy. Those with and without prior theatrical experience are welcome.

PLAYMAKING FOR GRADES 9-12.
Work collaboratively to devise an original short play using creative drama, theater games, improvisation and writing. This class fosters creative self-expression, critical thinking skills and literacy. Those with and without prior theatrical experience are welcome.

FOR TEENS: FUNDAMENTALS OF ACTING
This class will focus on developing your acting skills: the actors' imagination, body, voice and elements of storytelling and character. Classes will include physical and vocal warm-ups, structured exercises, improvisation and work on short pieces of text.

AUDITION TECHNIQUE
Get your monologues in shape for those upcoming special auditions-undergraduate and graduate theater programs, theater, film and TV. Small class size, individual attention and group work.
